    The room's cleanliness was shockingly low, with dust and grime everywhere. The non-functional dishwasher was a good surprise, too. I almost had a good review but was utterly devastated when no one bothered to upgrade me as a courtesy for such distressing inconveniences. What a shame! I expected at least basic five-star service here, but clearly, that was too much to hope for.

    Adequate Stay Near the Eiffel Tower

    The view from my upgraded one-bedroom apartment was good, though the interior could use more attention. Housekeeping was not on par, but the central location made sightseeing easy. Don't expect stellar concierge support. Plan your dining and activities in advance to maximize your experience.

    It's a residence. Which means that it is comfortable. The room (610) was very large. Nice balcony. Excellent bathroom. Super good and quiet airco!! Staff was very friendly both reception as well as housekeeping. It's a home-like environment. The Wifi worked fine.The bed was good. Bit tweaky through. Safety deposit box is good and large (laptop etc fitted fine). Mini bar is sufficient. Nice coffee maker in the lobby. The price for the hotel is mostly for the room space and location, rather than for its luxury. Great for family city trip. We enjoyed it very much, since it was what we expected.

    It's not a real hotel in the sense of an abundance of services. No room service (at least we didn't discover it) and no channels on the TV (none).

    Beautifully decorated hotel, perfect fit for our needs.

    They gave us fully-equipped and well decorated a double room with big windows. An electric kettle and glassware were a nice touch. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Trocadero square and the metro and many restaurants and shops around. The place had a quiet atmosphere.
